Gilneas Loyalist Knuckleblades is a one-handed fist weapon appearance from the Midnight expansion. It is not a combat item with stats, but a cosmetic effect: when used, it adds a fist weapon illusion to your warband's appearance collection, after which it can be applied to any suitable weapon.
The model is done in a Gilnean style — a set of claw blades worn over the fist, with rough forged detailing in the spirit of the old Gilnean nobility. The item's description plays on the worgen theme: "For those who lack claws of their own." The appearance fits perfectly with hunters, monks, and rogues who want an aggressive, "beastly" aesthetic without turning into a worgen.
The item is warbound, so the illusion you earn is available to all characters on your account.

The appearance is sold at the Trading Post — for the in-game cosmetic currency "Trader's Tender." It is part of the Gilnean selection of Trading Post rewards for May 2026 (the "Grey Skies of Gilneas" season).
