Heartseeker Mana Ray

Heartseeker Mana Ray is a flying epic mount added to World of Warcraft in patch 10.2.5 "Seeds of Renewal" (January 2024, Dragonflight expansion). It is a softly pink mana ray with gentle "fin-wings", thematically tied to the annual Love is in the Air event.

The mount is sold for 270 Love Tokens by the holiday vendors who appear near the capitals during the festivities. The Alliance buys it from Kiera Torres in Elwynn Forest, and the Horde from Lythianne Morningspear in Durotar. Love Tokens are an account-wide resource, so you can collect and spend them on any character.

1. Wait for the start of the Love is in the Air holiday — it runs every year from February 9 to 23
2. Fly to Orgrimmar or Stormwind City and find the holiday camp at the capital's gates
3. Pick up the daily quests from the festival heralds
4. Complete the chain of daily tasks and fight the Crown Chemical Co. bosses in the Shadowfang Keep dungeon
5. Accumulate 270 Love Tokens on any characters of your account
6. Walk up to Kiera Torres (Alliance) or Lythianne Morningspear (Horde) and buy the Heartseeker Mana Ray

Love Tokens are the holiday's main currency. They drop mainly from daily quests and festival boxes.

On average, an active player earns 25–35 tokens a day by completing the whole quest chain and one dungeon run. This means that the 270 tokens for the mount can be gathered in 8–10 days of play on a single character, or in 2–3 days when bringing in several alts.

All quests are picked up in your faction's capitals from the holiday heralds. Most of the tasks are short errands of 5–10 minutes.

1. Errands — handed out at the entrance to the festival camp, they send you to deliver gifts to representatives of friendly races
2. The quest "The Stench of Revenge" — a weekly quest to defeat the Crown Chemical Co. bosses in Shadowfang Keep
3. Guard errands — three tasks to kill spies at the train stations and docks of the faction capitals
4. Keepsakes for friends — a simple quest to toss petals at representatives of all allied races

In the heroic Northern Stranglethorn dungeon, a special encounter with three bosses who fight at the same time appears for the duration of the holiday.

• Apothecary Hummel — the leader of the trio, who releases clouds of poisonous gas
• Apothecary Baxter — focused on ranged attacks
• Apothecary Frye — deals melee damage and applies debuffs

The first victory of the day guarantees a Heart-Shaped Box with a chance at the Spring Butterfly mount and accompanying gifts. Access is through the dungeon finder — the holiday events section.

Love Tokens are a shared currency

With the arrival of the warband system in The War Within, Love Tokens became account-bound. This means you can stockpile the currency on ten characters at once and spend it with any one of them.

1. Start the holiday quests on every available alt of level 25 and above
2. Hand out the gifts and finish the dailies in 10–15 minutes per character
3. Pool all the tokens into the shared account bank
4. Come to Kiera Torres or Lythianne Morningspear on your main character and make the purchase
