Intricate Scaling Knife is an uncommon one-handed dagger added to World of Warcraft with the Dragonflight expansion. The cave with the trial is in the northwestern part of the subzone.

• Start the event and fend off the waves of elementals that appear time after time.
• Once the waves are cleared, the final opponent appears — the level 70 elemental Therrocite.
• Defeat Therrocite and open the Chest of the Elements deep in the cave.

The gear from the chest scales to your character's current item level, so the event remains a useful source of equipment for leveling. The chest opens once per week, and there is a one-to-two-hour break between launches of the trial itself.
