The sword drops from the rare mob Threggil, a grell that roams Teldrassil, the night elf starting zone.

This appearance has no official color variants: the Keen Machete uses the base model of a plain sword from the starter set of models. If you want a similar crude silhouette without blade effects, it makes sense to look for other low-level white and green one-handed swords — many of them share the same utilitarian blade shape.
