The dagger is named after Koroleth — a night elf who sided with the Primalists and led one of their factions on the Ohn'ahran Plains. It was her alliance with the khan of the Nokhud clan that led to the events of the dungeon of the same name.

In terms of stats, this is a melee weapon with intellect and stamina, so as a functional item it is wielded by spellcasters: priests, mages, warlocks, shamans, druids and evokers. For transmogrification, of course, only the model matters — the appearance is available to any class that can equip daggers.
