Lightforged Felcrusher

Lightforged Felcrusher is a ground mount, the racial transport of the Lightforged Draenei allied race. It is a massive war elekk in Lightforged harness with burning runes of the Light on its armor. The item description reads: "This fearless elekk is a gift of gratitude from the Lightforged draenei. It is trained to charge into the darkness without fear."

The mount is awarded for the quest For the Light!, which completes the short recruitment chain for the Lightforged Draenei at the Stormwind Embassy. Once the scenario is finished you also earn the achievement Allied Races: Lightforged Draenei and the ability to create characters of this race. The mount itself becomes available to all Alliance characters on your account.

• The only racial mount of the Lightforged Draenei — a unique war elekk model in Lightforged armor that differs from the regular draenei elekk. It belongs to the Felcrusher model family alongside the Avenging Felcrusher, the Blessed Felcrusher and the Glorious Felcrusher
• Account-wide — once obtained, the mount is unlocked on every Alliance character on your account, regardless of class and level
• Guaranteed reward — no drop chance and no RNG. You complete a short chain and receive the mount plus another playable race
• Unlocks a new race and heritage armor — along the way you gain access to creating Lightforged Draenei, and later to the Heritage of the Lightforged set by leveling such a character to level 50 without bonuses
• Maximum ground mount speed — +60% or +100% depending on your riding skill, meaning it travels at the top speed of ground transport

The whole procedure is done on a single Alliance character of level 40 or higher. Since patch 9.0.1 the old requirements (Exalted with the Army of the Light and the You Are Now Prepared! achievement) are no longer needed — access to the Stormwind Embassy is enough.

Step 1. The Stormwind Embassy

1. Enter Stormwind with any Alliance character of level 40 or higher
2. Open the city map and locate the Embassy

3. In the Embassy you are greeted by High Exarch Turalyon. Take the quest The Lightforged from him — it is the first part of the recruitment line

Step 2. A chain of three quests

The whole line consists of three consecutive quests. At level 80 it takes roughly 20–30 minutes.

1. The Lightforged — Turalyon sends you to the Vindicaar, the flying ship of the Army of the Light. Use the teleport offered right from the Embassy
2. Forge of Aeons — a scenario aboard the Vindicaar. Your task is to witness the ritual of lightforging that the draenei undergo to become Lightforged. The scenario is soloable and enemies scale to your level
3. For the Light! — after finishing the scenario, return to Stormwind and turn the quest in at the Embassy. As a reward you receive the Lightforged Felcrusher, as well as the automatic achievement Allied Races: Lightforged Draenei

Step 3. Getting the mount into your collection

The mount is added to the mount collection section automatically once you turn in the final quest. It is account-bound — log in to any Alliance character and summon it from the Mounts tab in the collections window.

The scenario is a separate instanced zone aboard the Vindicaar. You witness the lightforging ritual of the draenei and take part in several story battles against the demons of the Burning Legion.

• It is cleared solo on any class and level above 40
• Enemies scale; at level 90 everything dies in one or two hits
• Total time is 10–15 minutes including cutscenes
• The scenario cannot be interrupted, but there is nothing difficult once you are inside

After it ends you are automatically returned to the Stormwind Embassy for the final quest.
