Mammyth

Mammyth is an epic ground mount added in patch 10.2 "Guardians of the Dream" of the Dragonflight expansion. It is a semi-transparent emerald-colored mammoth infused with the energy of the Emerald Dream. The mount is purchased from Elanna in the Central Encampment of the Emerald Dream for 1 Dream Infusion.

• Guaranteed acquisition — Mammyth is bought from a vendor for a currency you farm steadily. No random drops — meet the requirements and the mount is yours
• Unique appearance — the semi-transparent emerald model looks fundamentally different from standard mammoths. Its greenish glow and ghostly texture draw the eye
• Available to all characters — once learned, the mount appears in your collection on every character on the account
• Ground mount — speed depends on your riding skill: +60% with Apprentice Riding and +100% with Journeyman Riding
• Part of a series — Mammyth belongs to a collection of six transparent emerald mounts sold by Elanna. Collecting them all noticeably expands your collection

To buy Mammyth you must meet three conditions: reach Renown level 5 with the Dream Wardens, have at least one mammoth in your collection, and accumulate 1 Dream Infusion.

1. Unlock access to the Emerald Dream by completing the initial story chain of patch 10.2
2. Raise your renown with the Dream Wardens to level 5 — this unlocks access to the Dream Infusion system
3. Speak with Elanna in the Central Encampment and complete the quest An Emerald Awakening. This unlocks the ability to earn Dream Infusions account-wide
4. Make sure your mount collection contains at least one mammoth (see the "Requirements" section for details)
5. Accumulate 7,000 Dream Energy to fill the progress bar. Then return to Elanna and exchange the accumulated energy for 1 Dream Infusion
6. Buy Mammyth from Elanna for 1 Dream Infusion

Elanna is a dryad NPC with the title "the Dreamsated." She is located in the northeastern part of the Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream, near the Renown Quartermaster and the Dream Wardens quartermaster.

To reach her:

1. Use the portal to the Emerald Dream (available from Valdrakken after completing the introductory chain of patch 10.2)
2. Upon arriving in the Emerald Dream, head to the Central Encampment
3. Find Elanna in the northeastern part of the encampment

Mammyth is an emerald version of a mammoth. For Elanna to offer it to you, your mount collection must contain at least one of the following mammoths:

• Loyal Mammoth — reward for completing a quest chain in the Forbidden Reach
• Fierce Mammoth — reward for world quests and events in the Ohn'ahran Plains
• Renewed Mammoth — reward for raising renown with the Maruuk Centaur faction
• Subterranean Mammoth — reward for content in the Azure Span

If you don't have any mammoth yet, the easiest one to get is the Loyal Mammoth — it's available through a quest chain and requires no grinding.

The Dream Infusion is a currency you obtain by accumulating 7,000 Dream Energy. You can exchange energy for an infusion only once per day.

Sources of Dream Energy

• World quests in the Emerald Dream — the main source. Each quest grants 100 to 250 energy
• Weekly quests — large amounts of energy for completing Emerald Dream content
• Rare enemies — killing rare mobs in the Emerald Dream rewards energy
• Treasures and events — opening chests and joining random zone events also yields energy
• Superbloom — a public event in the Emerald Dream that grants a significant amount of energy

With active farming, one Dream Infusion bar fills in 1–3 days, depending on the number of available quests and events.
