Get Nether-Gorged Greatwyrm mount

Nether-Gorged Greatwyrm is an epic flying mount added to World of Warcraft in patch 9.2.5 of the Shadowlands expansion and released on July 12, 2022. It is a massive blue-azure mana serpent wreathed in shimmering arcane energy. The model is based on the "mana serpent" creatures found in Outland and the blood elves' Eversong Woods, but scaled up to gigantic proportions.

The mount is available in two ways: purchase from the Blizzard Shop for $25 or €25, or for free when signing up for a renewable 6-month subscription (the promotion ran from July 12, 2022 to January 17, 2023). In the shop the mount is available permanently and is not tied to an active promotion.

Option 1: Purchase from the Blizzard Shop

The main and simplest method is to buy the mount directly from the shop.

1. Log in on shop.battle.net or open the in-game shop in World of Warcraft
2. Find the World of Warcraft mounts section
3. Select the Nether-Gorged Greatwyrm and complete the payment — the cost is $25 or €25 (the price differs in some regions)
4. The mount is automatically added to the collection of every character on your account. Log into the game and check the mount collection tab

Option 2: 6-month subscription

If you plan to play for a long time, signing up for a renewable subscription is more advantageous than a one-time purchase.
