Nunchuck of the Renaissance — Transmog Set Guide

Nunchuck of the Renaissance is a cosmetic one-handed weapon of uncommon quality, added to World of Warcraft in patch 11.1.5 of The War Within expansion. By type it is a blunt one-handed mace, but visually it is a genuine pair of nunchucks: two short wooden sticks joined by a chain.

The model is done in a calm wooden-brown palette with dark wrappings on the grips, with no glow or magical effects. It is a deliberately "everyday", tongue-in-cheek weapon — the item's flavor text notes that the nunchucks are well suited "for juggling enemies or pastries".

This is a purely cosmetic item: it has item level 1 and zero damage, and it is not worn for stats. As a transmog, however, it fits monks perfectly and any classes that want a "martial" Eastern flair of melee weaponry.

The "Nunchuck of the Renaissance" is a Trading Post reward, not a dungeon drop. The item appeared in the Trading Post reward set in May 2025.
