Oath-Breaker's Recompense is an epic-quality one-handed axe added to World of Warcraft in patch 11.2 of the The War Within expansion. The model is styled in the ethereal-void aesthetic of the Manaforge Omega raid: a dark, curved blade with cosmic accents and thin glowing lines running along the edge.

The weapon suits classes that wield one-handed axes: Warriors, Paladins, Hunters, Shamans, Rogues and Demon Hunters. The silhouette is predatory, leaning into a "regal" void theme — prioritize dark and "cosmic" looks.

The axe drops in the Manaforge Omega raid — the final raid of the The War Within season:

• Drops from Nexus-King Salhadaar — the seventh and final boss of the raid, who rides a void pterosaur and commands the Dark Guard.
• Available in Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic and Mythic difficulties.
• The drop chance is around 18% from the boss's loot table on Normal difficulty and above.
• Lockout — weekly lock: personal loot from the boss can be taken once per week per character.

This is current raid content, so Nexus-King Salhadaar requires a group. The final boss of the raid has complex mechanics with phases and a shifting battlefield, so you'll need a full raid group rather than solo farming to get the drop.
