Overview

Omnium Folio is a new borrowed-power system for your character, added in patch 12.0.7. The system works similarly to Cyrce's Circlet or Reshii Wraps from The War Within and grants the player new bonuses during combat. It is an additional small talent tree consisting of 5 slots, each of which offers a choice between 2-4 different talents.

Omnium Folio

Players must complete a short questline with the magisters Umbrius and Rommath to gain access to the Folio. To unlock the talent slots, you will need to complete a quest each week. 1 week = 1 slot, so fully unlocking the Folio will take 5 weeks.

It is worth noting that, unlike previous borrowed powers, the Omnium Folio system will strengthen your character until the very end of the expansion, rather than ending when the season concludes.

Available Talents

Main Rune

  • Game iconRune of Void-Touched Orbs – every 10 sec. you draw a Void orb to yourself (up to 5 at a time). When attacking, you send these orbs toward the enemy and deal damage for each of them. When healing allies, you send the orbs toward the ally with the lowest health and heal them.

  • Game iconRune of Unleashed Fire – with a certain chance, you send a stream of fire toward your enemy, dealing damage. When healing, you direct the stream toward the ally with the lowest health and heal them.

2nd Rune

  • Game iconRune of Self-Mending – when your health drops below 75%, you apply your chosen Main Rune to yourself and heal.

  • Game iconRune of Void-Tainted Shell – when you take damage exceeding 10% of your maximum health, you gain a shield that absorbs damage. However, 50% of the absorbed damage is dealt to you over 10 sec. This effect can trigger no more than once every 30 sec.

  • Game iconRune of Lynxlike Reflexes – when you take damage, you increase your movement speed. Triggers no more than once every 30 sec.
