These coal‑black cloud serpents, entwined with lightning, are such a rare sight that many mortals have gone mad upon seeing them.

You can obtain this cloud serpent by defeating the rare elite mob Huolon in the Timeless Isle zone.

The mount has a ~0.9 % drop chance, and the boss spawns every 15 minutes to 1 hour.

This mount can also be purchased during the Mists of Pandaria: Remix event for 30 000 Bronze Coins from the mount vendor. To date, the event has only been run once, and there’s no information about it being repeated.
