Possessed Watcher Keg is a two-handed staff with a cosmetic appearance, added to World of Warcraft in the Dragonflight expansion (patch 10.1.7). Visually it is a massive keg mounted on a haft, topped with a dark skull finial with burning eyes and sharp spikes — a weapon steeped in a sinister, unholy aesthetic akin to the brewmaster's monk keg-staves.
By silhouette and theme the item belongs to the "possessed watcher" family — a series of weapons and armor with a spectral glow. The staff itself carries flavor text about a spirit dwelling within the gear. Its appearance unlocks for the entire warband on the account: once you obtain the item, you can use the look on all characters.

The Possessed Watcher Keg cannot be looted from a boss or bought separately. The appearance unlocks through the cosmetic weapon set Possessed Watcher Arsenal, which is sold at the Trading Post.
- The set costs 500 Trader's Tender.
- The set first appeared in the Trading Post rotation in November 2023 and returned in November 2024.
- The Trading Post is located in the capitals: for the Alliance in Stormwind, for the Horde in Orgrimmar.
- Trader's Tender is granted monthly: up to 500 for interacting with the Collector's Cache and another up to 500 for completing the tasks in the monthly Traveler's Log.
- A single "Possessed Watcher Arsenal" set unlocks three weapon appearances at once — both staves and the fist weapon from this series.
If the set is missing from the current rotation, you can "freeze" it for the next time it appears: the Trading Post stock refreshes on the first of each month, and you are allowed to lock one item so it does not leave the shop.
