Sha-Warped Riding Tiger

Sha-Warped Riding Tiger is an epic ground mount added in patch 11.0.7 of The War Within expansion. It is a tiger twisted by the dark energy of the sha — an otherworldly purple creature with swirling shadows and an ominous glow in its eyes. The mount is available exclusively by purchasing the Sha-Infused Heroic Pack or the Sha-Infused Epic Pack for Mists of Pandaria Classic from the Battle.net Shop or the in-game store.

The mount has a twin for WoW Classic that is also included in both packs, but it is only used on Classic realms.

• Unique sha design — the tiger is wrapped in dark-purple sha shadows that swirl around its body. It clearly stands out among ordinary tiger mounts and pairs perfectly with Pandaria- or shadow-themed transmogrification
• Guaranteed acquisition — the mount does not depend on luck, drop chance, or a long reputation grind. Simply purchase one of the packs and the tiger appears in your collection right away

The Sha-Warped Riding Tiger is only available through a purchase from the Battle.net Shop. There are no in-game methods of obtaining it (drops, reputation, achievements, or quests).

1. Open the Battle.net Shop (through the Battle.net app or the in-game store by pressing the default key)
2. Find the section with the Mists of Pandaria Classic packs
3. Choose one of the two packs:
   • Sha-Infused Heroic Pack — $39.99
   • Sha-Infused Epic Pack — $79.99
4. Complete the purchase
5. Once the transaction is finished, the mount will automatically appear in your mount collection on the ground tab
6. Open the mount journal (Shift+P by default), find "Sha-Warped Riding Tiger" and add it to your favorites

Both packs contain the same set of cosmetic items. The Epic Pack stands out with extra bonuses.

If you are only interested in the mount for Retail, the Heroic Pack for $39.99 is enough. Both packs grant the same cosmetic items.

The Epic Pack is worth considering if you plan to play Mists of Pandaria Classic and need the boost to level 85 along with 30 days of game time. In practice, you are paying an extra $40 for the boost and a month of subscription — which is comparable to their usual cost when bought separately.

The Sha-Warped Riding Tiger is a large tiger with a dark-purple coloration and elements of sha energy. Dark shadows swirl around its body, creating an atmosphere of otherworldly menace. Its eyes glow with the characteristic purple shine of the sha.

The mount is a ground mount — it does not fly. This has been a point of discussion in the community, since many players feel that the mount's visual style would easily allow for flight. Nevertheless, a separate mount is included in the pack for flying — the Sha-Warped Cloud Serpent.
