Shiv of Raging Tempests is an uncommon one-handed dagger of item level 70, added to World of Warcraft with patch 10.0.2 of the Dragonflight expansion. It is part of the Raging Tempests collection — gear sets sold for the Elemental Overflow currency, earned during the Primal Storms event on the Dragon Isles.

The model is a broad blade with engraved lightning fittings and a blue-and-gold color scheme that echoes the theme of storms and the Primalists. In terms of stats it is an agility dagger with speed and mastery values, designed for rogues, hunters and enhancement shamans. For transmogrification the model matters, not the stats, and this model is available to any character whose class can wield a dagger.

The dagger is sold by vendors in the capital of the Dragon Isles and on The Forbidden Reach. It is not a drop — the item is bought for the Primal Storms event currency.

• The main vendor is Mythressa, a dracthyr in the Sapphire Enclave of Valdrakken. The price is 400 units of Elemental Overflow.
• The backup vendor is Rethelshi in Valdrakken, who sells the same model for reputation with the Dragonscale Expedition faction (purchased with renown).
• The Elemental Overflow currency drops from the elementals of the Primal Storms event and from related world quests across all zones of the Dragon Isles: the Waking Shores, Ohn'ahran Plains, the Azure Span and Thaldraszus.
• Binding — it becomes soulbound on pickup. The purchase is possible on any class-appropriate character, and after the first acquisition the model is unlocked account-wide in the transmogrification collection.
