Overview

Крошшер Крошшерон

Game iconShrediron's Shredder is an epic gun added in the Warlords of Draenor expansion with patch 6.0.2. It is a massive two-handed rifle in a goblin-mechanical style: an oversized barrel, gears, and rough metal finishing that evoke the engineering inventions of Draenor.

The weapon occupies the ranged weapon slot and is available for transmogrification to hunters and any classes that wield guns. The item's value lies precisely in its expressive "mad-engineer" model rather than its stats: even the base version works for the look.

Source

Shrediron's Shredder doesn't drop from bosses — it is a crafted item from the Draenor-era Engineering profession. To create it, you need both the blueprint and the reagents.

  • Crafted with Draenor-level Engineering — a starting skill in this branch is enough.
  • The blueprint is purchased from garrison engineering vendors (and in Ashran) for Game iconSecret of Draenor Blacksmithing — a special profession-mastery currency.
  • The main reagent is Game iconGearspring Parts, 100 of them; they are produced in the engineer's garrison workshop.
  • The finished weapon is bind-on-equip, so you can craft it on a character with the profession and hand it off to the hero who needs it.
  • This is Warlords of Draenor content, and the entire process — from leveling the profession to gathering reagents — can be completed solo.

Alternatives

This rifle has no known recolors — the model is unique to this craft. If you want a similar silhouette of a bulky goblin-engineering firearm, take a look at other crafted engineer rifles and mechanical models from Warlords of Draenor content.

Who It Suits Visually

  • Complements engineering and "goblin" looks with an emphasis on technology and machinery.
  • Pairs well with leather and mail sets in a brown-steel palette on a workshop theme.
  • Looks great on a hunter-engineer as a thematic accent to a set full of gears and gadgets.
  • Contrasts with elven and magical looks, adding a deliberately rough, "homemade" appearance.

Tips

1

If you don't have Engineering, it's easier to find a master engineer: the weapon is bind-on-equip, so you can order it from another player.

2

Stockpile 100 Gearspring Parts in advance — their production in the garrison workshop is time-limited, so gathering the reagent stretches over several days.

3

Secret of Draenor Blacksmithing accumulates slowly, so plan your blueprint purchase ahead if you're leveling the profession from scratch.

4

For transmog, a single copy is enough: the appearance unlocks with the first item you create.

5

Since the content is long outdated, the difficulty isn't in combat but in leveling the profession and accumulating reagents — budget your time for exactly that.
