The sword drops in the Naxxramas raid — a flying necropolis above the Dragonblight in Northrend.
- The source is not a boss but ordinary enemies: the Plague Beast that inhabits the raid's Plague Quarter.
- The sword is bind-on-pickup and has a very low drop chance from this type of enemy.
- Naxxramas is now long outdated and can be soloed on any class at current level — neither a group nor a specific specialization is required.
- You can enter the raid once a week on the normal lockout, but the trash enemies are more interesting for farming the appearance than the bosses.
