You can obtain this direhorn by defeating the elite monsters Zandalari Conqueror and Zandalari War Scout in the Tanlun Steppes and Jade Forest.

The mount has a ~5 % drop chance, and the mobs spawn every 15 minutes to 1 hour.

This mount can also be purchased during the Mists of Pandaria: Remix event for 18 700 Bronze Coins from the mount vendor. To date, the event has only been run once, and there’s no information about it being repeated.
