The Lobotomizer costs 2 Marks of Honor and 40 Timewarped Badges. Marks of Honor drop in regular PvP, while Timewarped Badges are earned from the trials of the past and anniversary activities, including the "Korrak's Revenge" battles themselves.

An important clarification: this particular dagger is sold freely, with no preliminary quest chain required to buy it. A separate condition applies only to four special weapon types in the vendor's stock (such as the ice spear and the bloodletter): they unlock only after killing Korrak in the classic Alterac Valley and turning in the "Korrak's Revenge" quest. This restriction does not affect The Lobotomizer.

If the anniversary event is inactive, the vendors disappear and the dagger cannot be bought. The holiday is held annually, usually closer to November, and lasts about two months, so if you miss the window, you must wait for the next cycle.
