Twinblade of the Hakkari — Transmog Set Guide

Twinblade of the Hakkari is a one-handed dagger added to World of Warcraft with the Rise of the Zandalari update (patch 4.1.0) of the Cataclysm expansion. It is a paired weapon: under the single name "Twinblade of the Hakkari" the game has two items — a main-hand blade and an off-hand blade. This guide covers the off-hand variant.

The model recreates a dark, curved blade in the style of the Hakkari trolls — a winding edge of cold steel hue with a massive hilt that echoes the theme of the Soulflayer's blood cult. The item's flavor text — "Forged in the raging fires of hatred" — references the fanaticism of the Gurubashi.

The blade belongs to melee gear and suits specializations that use daggers: rogues, as well as druids and shamans as a cosmetic weapon. The paired main-hand piece is the Twinblade of the Hakkari: collect both and you get a symmetrical set of two identical daggers, one in each hand.

The dagger drops from the final boss of the Zul'Gurub dungeon — Jin'do the Godbreaker.

For modern high-level characters, the fight against Jin'do poses no threat — the boss dies in mere seconds, and a full group is not required. A single character at current level is enough to clear the dungeon solo. Because of this, farming the dagger comes down to repeated runs until a lucky drop.

Jin'do the Godbreaker also drops the paired main-hand blade and a staff, so each kill has a chance to yield several transmog-worthy items at once.
