• If you only want the race — the Heroic pack is right for you: the Skyborne and Zephras are included in this bundle.
• If you want to try the race before release — the Epic pack at minimum, since beta access is only available in this edition and above. It also comes with 30 days of game time, which partially offsets the price difference.
• The Collection for 79,99 € is justified primarily if you're interested in Warcraft III: Reforged and the Forsaken Kingdom campaign, since the rest of the bundle is purely cosmetic.
