Get Blooming Seedpod
Overview

Blooming Seedpod is an epic-quality one-handed mace added to World of Warcraft in the Midnight expansion. The weapon's model follows the "botanical" theme of The Blinding Vale dungeon: the head resembles an opening seedpod with petals glowing from within and a soft greenish-pink radiance.
This is a caster weapon: the mace carries Intellect and Stamina, so in its stat set it goes to paladins, druids, priests, shamans, monks, and evokers. For transmogrification, the model is available to any class that can wield one-handed maces.
Source
The Blooming Seedpod drops in The Blinding Vale dungeon, located in the Harandir zone.
- The available difficulties are Normal, Heroic, and Mythic 0; the exact item level depends on the difficulty, and the version tagged "hero 6/6" corresponds to item level 276.
- At the start of the season the dungeon is outside the Mythic+ rotation, so farming runs through the Normal and Heroic versions as well as the Great Vault.
- The drop is spec-bound: the item can only drop for a character playing a suitable caster, so it is most convenient to farm the mace directly on the class you need.
- The minimum level to enter is 90, the level cap in Midnight.
Since this is an ordinary drop from the dungeon's bosses, the number of attempts is unlimited: you can rerun the dungeon as many times as needed until you get the model you want.
Who it suits visually
- It harmonizes with sets in a green-and-gold, nature-inspired palette — druid and shaman sets with botanical motifs.
- It fits the "radiant" sets of priests and paladins thanks to the soft inner glow of the head.
- It contrasts strikingly with dark leather or blackened plate armor, where the glowing seedpod becomes the single bright accent.
- It suits looks themed around awakening nature and the Emerald Dream, thanks to the shape of an opening seed.
Tips
Farm the mace on a character of the right caster specialization — the drop is role-bound, and on an "unsuitable" class the model simply will not drop.
The Heroic version of the dungeon gives a higher item level, but for transmog only the model itself matters, so Normal difficulty will do for the appearance.
Don't forget the weekly Great Vault: runs through The Blinding Vale count and may award the weapon as a weekly reward.
If the dungeon isn't in the Mythic+ rotation yet, don't waste time looking for a key — enter directly through the Dungeon Finder.
You only need to obtain the model on one character on the account: the weapon's appearance is unlocked for your entire transmogrification collection.
