Edge of Agony — Transmog Set Guide

Edge of Agony is an epic-quality two-handed sword from the Wrath of the Lich King era. It is a massive blade with a wide, serrated edge and a dark, crimson-tinted coloring, crafted in the grim aesthetic of the Scourge. Its recognizable aggressive shape makes it a great choice for looks themed around the undead, death knights, and dark warriors.

This is the heroic version of the sword with item level 45, inherited from a raid of the Northrend days. Its model is identical to the normal version of the same weapon, so it unlocks the same transmogrification appearance. The sword suits all specializations that use two-handed swords — warriors, death knights, and paladins.

Edge of Agony drops from the "Twin Val'kyr" encounter in the Trial of the Crusader raid. This raid is located in the Icecrown zone on the Northrend continent. The fight features two Val'kyr — Fjola Lightbane and Eydis Darkbane.
