Malavita
Malavita first discovered World of Warcraft in Draenor, but truly got into the game with the Shadowlands expansion. Has a soft spot for Demon Hunters and Mages. Considers her main goal to be collecting as many mounts as possible.

Erethos, the Empty Promise is an epic two-handed staff added to World of Warcraft with the release of the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible raid in the Dragonflight expansion (patch 10.1). It is a massive crystalline staff with a metallic finial, and its model clearly echoes the dracthyr aesthetic and the legacy of Neltharion around which the entire raid is built.
The staff drops from Sarkareth, the ninth and final boss of the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible raid. The Scalecommander Sarkareth awaits players in the last wing of the raid, and it is from his loot that this appearance drops.
The raid entrance is located in the Zaralek Cavern zone — a vast underground area of the Dragon Isles opened in patch 10.1. The portal to the entrance is in the northern part of the cavern; the most convenient way to reach it is by using Dragonriding.
The easiest way to run the raid is solo at the current level 90: Dragonflight content is long outdated and goes down with ease.
Take Raid Finder or Normal difficulty — the appearance is the same there, but the runs are faster and free of extra mechanics.
Farm the appearance on several characters: each one grants a separate weekly drop chance from Sarkareth.
Before the run, make sure Dragonriding is unlocked — without it, the path to the entrance in Zaralek Cavern is noticeably longer.
If the staff does not drop within a week, return the next game period: the boss loot limit resets weekly.
For easy navigation, open the Zaralek Cavern map and plot a route to the northern raid entrance in advance.
