GIGADEATH Chainblade — Transmog Set Guide

The GIGADEATH Chainblade is an epic warglaive added in The War Within. Instead of an ordinary blade, it has a spinning chainsaw loop complete with a motor and exhaust: the weapon is built in the spirit of the crude goblin engineering of Undermine, where noise, sparks, and excessive power are highly valued.

This weapon has a flexible stat allocation: it can go to intellect strength specializations as well as agility ones, but what matters most to a collector is the appearance itself. The aggressive industrial silhouette makes the blade a striking accent in any "techno" look.

As a weapon type, the warglaive is demon hunter gear, so the appearance will be useful first and foremost to them.

The blade drops in the Liberation of Undermine raid from one of its bosses — Sprocketmonger Lockenstock.

• The boss can drop the weapon on any difficulty: Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic. Each difficulty gives its own tint of the appearance.
• On Mythic difficulty, the drop chance for the blade is fairly high — around 29%, so collecting the most vivid variant is easier than for many other raid appearances.
• The raid is tied to a weekly lockout: you can kill Sprocketmonger Lockenstock on a single difficulty once per week per character.
• This is a current The War Within raid, but as the content ages it will become easier to clear with a small group or solo for the appearance.
• The item is bind on pickup, so you can only obtain it personally.

• Ideal for techno looks themed around goblin engineering — Undermine, Mechagon, steam-powered tech.
• It harmonizes with armor in an industrial palette: metal, rust, warning yellow-and-black stripes.
• It supports a "mad mechanic" concept or a cutthroat mercenary with a homemade weapon.
