Gleaming Quel'Serrar — Transmog Set Guide

Gleaming Quel'Serrar is an epic-quality one-handed sword, a version of the legendary blade from the revamped Onyxia's Lair. It is a straight one-handed sword with a broad blade and a distinctive bluish glow along its edge, a recognizable model from the early expansions of World of Warcraft. It can be wielded by warriors, paladins, death knights, and monks.

The sword carries a built-in "superior blade" effect — the Sanctuary spell, which on proc briefly increases the wielder's dodge and armor. For transmog, the model itself is what matters: the clean silhouette and cold radiance make the blade a great fit for tanking and combat sets.

This version of the sword appeared alongside the level 80 rework of Onyxia's Lair, released for the game's fifth anniversary during the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. Today this is outdated content, and all the interest in the sword is purely transmog-related.
