The item is level 86 and requires a level 80 character, grants Intellect, and is therefore positioned as a caster weapon. For transmogrification this means the staff suits Mages, Priests, Warlocks, Druids, Shamans, Monks, and Evokers. The model was added in The War Within along with the Undermine zone.
