Hellscream's Decapitator is an heirloom two-handed axe added to World of Warcraft with the Mists of Pandaria expansion. The model references Garrosh Hellscream, the final boss of the Siege of Orgrimmar raid, after whom the weapon is named.

• Since patch 6.0.3, the axe no longer drops from Garrosh. If you got it earlier, the appearance is locked to your account collection and remains available for transmogrification.
• The item was bind-to-account, so it could be passed between characters on the same account.

This is a Mists of Pandaria legacy: new players cannot obtain the axe through normal farming, but those who played the raid while it was current still have it in their collection. Keep this in mind before building a look around this weapon.
