The Ineffable Spire is a zone drop from Zereth Mortis, the final zone of Shadowlands. It drops from a whole range of rare enemies and regular mobs across the territory, and it also appears among the loot in the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid.

Reliable farming spots among rare enemies:

• Oracle Zoketh — an elite humanoid in the northern part of the zone. Coordinates /way 57.8 23.4.
• Overgrown Bulwark — an elite mechanical in the south of the zone. Coordinates /way 45.4 92.2.
• Dominated Saboteur — an elite mechanical, found among the enemies of the Sepulcher of the First Ones as well.

• There is no weekly attempt cap: the rare enemies of Zereth Mortis respawn on a timer, and you can farm them without limit.
