Visually, it is a long, broad blade on a massive haft, kept in a stern orcish style — a nod to its owner, the half-draenei, half-orc Lantresor of the Blade, leader of the Boulderfist clan in Nagrand.

The item is level 80 and has strength and agility stats, but today it is interesting purely as an appearance.
