Lavaforge Monolith — Transmog Set Guide

Lavaforge Monolith is an epic-quality two-handed staff added in the Shadowlands expansion alongside patch 9.2.5. In the modern game, players seek it out not for its stats but for its appearance: the model is styled after the Dark Iron dwarves — a massive haft of dark metal topped with a head in which molten lava seems frozen in place.

The staff belongs to a set of weapon appearances themed around Dark Iron dwarf heritage. Besides the staff, the same set teaches the one-handed axe Lavaforge Hacker and the shield Lavaforge Bulwark. All three appearances follow a single fiery-metallic palette and look great alongside the Dark Iron dwarf heritage armor set.

The appearance cannot be looted from a boss or bought with currency — it is learned from the weapon set granted for completing the Dark Iron dwarf heritage questline.
