Mogu Hazeblazer
Overview

Mogu Hazeblazer is a flying disc mount added to World of Warcraft alongside the limited-time WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria event (patch 10.2.7, May 2024). In appearance it is an ancient mogu artifact shaped like a fiery sphere wreathed in swirling mist: according to its description, the relic controls the surrounding haze and lets the rider hover above the ground.
The mount was sold for Bronze — the event's temporary currency — by the vendor Hemet Nesingwary XVII at the Infinite Bazaar across all Pandaria zones, as well as by the drakonid Horos on the Timeless Isle. After the event ended, the mount moved into the unavailable category and is not currently for sale, though the developers stated outright that the event may return.
Why you want this mount
- Unique disc model — the Mogu Hazeblazer belongs to a rare line of flying cloud-discs. Together with the
Sky Surfer and the
Golden Discus it forms a trio of Remix discs that share their model with the classic
Disc of the Red Flying Cloud - Dual mode — the mount works as both a ground and a flying mount. Speed depends on your riding skill and the terrain: +60% or +100% on the ground, +150%, +280% or +310% in flight
- Available account-wide — once obtained, the mount automatically unlocks across your entire collection and is available to any character of any faction
- Low entry barrier — using it only requires level 10 and the "Apprentice Riding" skill. Flying requires "Expert Riding"
- Historical value — the mount is tied to a specific 2024 event and is no longer for sale, which makes it a rare collector's item
How to obtain it
The main way to get it is to purchase it for Bronze from the vendor Hemet Nesingwary XVII while the WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria event is active.
- Log in during a period when WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria is active (the event last ran from May 16 to August 5, 2024, in patch 10.2.7)
- Create or pick a character — ordinary retail characters do not take part in the event
- Level your hero to at least 10 and complete the introductory story to unlock the Infinite Bazaar in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms
- Save up at least 2,200 Bronze. The currency drops from any enemies, quests, dungeons and raids in Pandaria
- Walk up to Hemet Nesingwary XVII at the Infinite Bazaar
- Open the mounts tab and purchase the
Mogu Hazeblazer - Use the item to add the mount to your account collection
Alternatively, the same mount was sold by Horos on the Timeless Isle at the same price of 2,200 Bronze.
How to farm Bronze
To buy the
Mogu Hazeblazer you only need 2,200 Bronze — a relatively small sum, within reach even for a fresh event character.
Efficient sources of Bronze
- Pandaria scenarios and dungeons — each run gives a steady stream of Bronze along with items to scrap
- Raids — Mogu'shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, Throne of Thunder and Siege of Orgrimmar yield large sums on weekly runs
- Daily world quests — quests on the Timeless Isle and in the capital zones bring in currency quickly
- Scrapping rewards — any unneeded event items can be scrapped through a dedicated interface for Bronze
- World events — large public events such as attacks on Alliance and Horde camps grant bonus Bronze
Saving tips
- Do not buy gem upgrades before you have saved up the Bronze for the mounts you want — it is better to finish the collection first
- Use the "Bronze Blessing" buff from dungeons — it temporarily increases currency gains
- Before entering a dungeon, clear your backpack so you can automatically scrap excess loot
Tips
Don't put off the purchase — the WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria event ended on August 19, 2024. If you missed this window, the mount will only become available if the event returns
Buy the disc set all at once — all four Remix discs share the same vendor stock. Save up 8,800 Bronze and buy the whole line in a single trip
Check your collection before buying — mounts are bound to your account and re-purchasing after you already own one is impossible, but mistakes happen. Open your mount collection and make sure the disc you want has not already been obtained
Keep your event rewards — even after Pandaria Remix ends, the mounts, toys and sets you earned stay in your collection. That makes every point of Bronze you spend an investment in your permanent account
Watch the announcements — Blizzard stated outright that Remix events may return in the future. Subscribe to the wow.gg news so you don't miss a second window to buy the
