Get Mutineer's Fate

Mutineer's Fate is a two-handed polearm added to World of Warcraft with the Battle for Azeroth expansion. It is a massive pirate-styled boarding glaive: a broad curved blade on a rough wooden haft that echoes the naval theme of Boralus and the Kul Tiran fleet of Lady Ashvane.

The model belongs to the weapon appearance set from Battle for Azeroth dungeons — the same ones used by the guards and pirates of Kul Tiras. The silhouette is striking and "heavy," so the appearance reads well even from a distance.

The weapon suits classes that wield polearms: warriors, death knights, paladins, demon hunters, monks, and druids. For transmogrification only the appearance matters — the item's stats are irrelevant.

Mutineer's Fate drops in the Siege of Boralus dungeon — a Battle for Azeroth dungeon in the harbor of Kul Tiras.

• The appearance drops from Chopper Redhook, one of the dungeon's bosses. The fight takes place around the docks, by the water.
• The dungeon is available in both Normal and Mythic modes, as well as in the Mythic Keystone format. The appearance can drop on any difficulty.
• The item is Bind on Pickup, so you cannot pass it to another character — you have to go for the appearance on the character that actually needs it.
• The drop chance is low, like most appearances tied to a specific boss, so it may take several runs.

Siege of Boralus has been in the seasonal Mythic Keystone rotation several times, so the dungeon is familiar to most players and clears quickly.

• It pairs well with sets in the naval and pirate theme — the leather and mail sets of Kul Tiras with motifs of rope, sailcloth, and worn metal.
• It harmonizes with dark-steel and brownish sets: the wood of the haft and the steel of the blade are kept in muted tones.
