Nathrezim Mindblade is an epic one-handed dagger added to World of Warcraft with The Burning Crusade expansion. It is a short, demon-forged blade with a dark point and a cold blue-white glow running along the edge — a recognizable "magical" silhouette that, back in TBC, was worn as one of the best caster daggers of its time.

The item was originally designed for spell-damage specializations: mages, warlocks, shamans, and priests. The Nathrezim Mindblade drops from Prince Malchezaar, the final boss of the Karazhan raid. Karazhan is located in Deadwind Pass, in the southern part of the pass, and is accessible to both factions.

• The dagger's drop chance is around 15% per kill, meaning on average the item comes after several runs.
• Karazhan is subject to a weekly lockout: you can kill Prince Malchezaar for the appearance once a week per character.
• There are no additional requirements for looting it — the appearance unlocks the moment you receive the item.

How to Reach Karazhan

In the current version of the game, the attunement for Karazhan has been removed entirely: the Master's Key is no longer needed, and the access quest chain is not required. Any character of sufficient level enters the raid directly.

• Set the raid difficulty to "Normal" and go in solo — you do not need a group for transmog farming.
• There is no direct flight path to the raid itself: travel by ground or flying mount to the southern tip of Deadwind Pass.
• The raid entrance coordinates are /way Deadwind Pass 47.1 72.4.
• Prince Malchezaar is at the very top of the tower, on the Terrace, so the fastest way is to move toward him along the main clearing route.
