Nathrian Ferula is a two-handed staff of rare quality, added to World of Warcraft alongside the Shadowlands expansion. It is a weapon for staff-using classes: priests, mages, warlocks, druids, shamans, monks, and evokers. The model is styled after the venthyr of Revendreth — a dark shaft with carved bone elements and a crimson glow at the head that echoes the gothic aesthetic of the Halls of Atonement.

As a combat weapon, the staff lost its value long ago: its stats belong to Shadowlands and are irrelevant today. The only reason to obtain it in Midnight is the appearance for transmogrification. The silhouette is austere and recognizable, so the scepter fits well into grim looks and sets with a venthyr or necromancer theme.

Nathrian Ferula drops from Lord Chamberlain, the final boss of the Halls of Atonement dungeon. The dungeon is located in the northeastern part of the Revendreth zone, with the entrance roughly at coordinates 78, 49.

At the maximum level of 90 in the Midnight expansion, the dungeon is cleared solo without trouble: the entire pack of mobs and the bosses go down quickly, and no healer or group is required. This makes farming the appearance a comfortable activity on any character.
