Nesingwary 4000 is an epic ranged firearm added to World of Warcraft in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. It is a large double-barreled rifle with a massive mechanism, an optical scope, and a distinctive gnomish-engineering design: gleaming metal, rivets, and an aggressive barrel profile.

The appearance is valued for its solid "high-tech" silhouette — the weapon looks like the product of an engineering workshop rather than magic. The name references the famous hunter Hemet Nesingwary, after whom an entire line of engineered rifles is named. This is the model from his very series, brought up to the 4000 mark.

The item quality is epic (purple), item level 15. The item becomes soulbound when equipped. An important detail: the rifle itself can only be equipped if you have Engineering, but to unlock the appearance in the transmogrification collection you only need to craft and equip it once.
