Started playing back in Pandaria, when the pandaren were still a novelty. Got stuck on Monk because it's the only class where you don't get dizzy after a dash. Tries to manage both tanking and kicking enemies in the face.

The "Obsidian Seared Claymore" is a massive two-handed sword added to World of Warcraft in the Dragonflight expansion (patch 10.0.2). It is a craftable weapon from the blacksmithing set in the "Obsidian Seared" style, which became one of the most recognizable transmog sets of the expansion.
The blade is rendered in a black-and-orange palette: a dark obsidian edge veined with molten magma, as if the metal had just been pulled from the forge. Thanks to its pronounced "volcanic" glow, the sword looks great in looks built around fire, the blacksmithing craft, and the dragon Aspect of earth.
The item is of epic quality. Today it is valued primarily as an appearance: it is easier to craft than to farm a comparable model from raid bosses, and its themed silhouette fits several concepts at once.
Obsidian Seared Claymore is crafted with the blacksmithing profession and does not drop from mobs.
If you do not have the blacksmithing profession yourself, the sword can be ordered from another player through the crafting order system in Valdrakken — just bring your own "Spark of Ingenuity" and the alloys, or arrange the materials with the crafter.
Stockpile "Spark of Ingenuity" in advance — it is the main limiting reagent for the entire family of Obsidian Seared weapons.
The plan is bought for renown level 14 in Valdrakken, so first level up the reputation of a major Dragon Isles faction.
The appearance is unlocked account-wide through the appearances collection, so you only need to craft the sword once.
If you lack blacksmithing, place an order with another player at the crafting table in Valdrakken using your own materials.
When collecting several items of the family at once, prepare a stock of "Obsidian Seared Alloy" and "Primal Molten Alloy" in advance.
Crafting the sword is convenient at level 90 in the Midnight expansion — old Dragon Isles blacksmithing recipes are learned without any issues.
