Staff of Deserved Tranquility — Transmog Set Guide

Staff of Deserved Tranquility is a two-handed staff with a graceful wooden shaft crowned by a blossoming bud; vines twine along the haft while rose petals drift down. Its calm, natural palette — dark wood and greenery — gives it a distinctly "druidic" mood, with no aggressive metallic elements.

This weapon is handed out at the very start of a Worgen character's journey, in the Gilneas starting zone. Visually the model traces back to a set of Cataclysm reward weapons, and the item itself has been re-released in the current client, existing in parallel with its predecessor twin that shares the same name and appearance. For a transmog collector it is the silhouette that matters: a soft, "woodland" aesthetic that is rarely seen on two-handed staves.

The staff is one of the quest rewards for Neither Human Nor Beast in the Worgen starting area of Gilneas City. The quest is given by Lord Darius Crowley; in the story the character drinks from three founts — of tranquility, balance and fury — after which they choose one of six weapon types suited to their specialization.

• The quest is completed once per character during the Worgen introductory campaign.
• The most reliable way to obtain the appearance is to create a new Worgen character and reach this point of the starting chain.
• When choosing the reward, the staff goes to specializations that use agility and two-handed staves; the alternative rewards cover the other roles.
• The appearance is bound to your transmog collection the moment you receive the item, even if you later sell or replace it.

Completing the introductory zone up to this quest takes about half an hour, so the appearance is considered one of the fastest to unlock.
