You can obtain this bloodsucker by defeating the rare elite mobs Nazmani Blood Witch or Blood Witch Nadjim in the Nazmir zone.

The mount has a ~0.2 % drop chance, and the mobs spawn every 15 minutes to 1 hour.

Farming these rare mobs can take a lot of time, as the drop rate is extremely low and the spawn timer is quite long. Other rare mobs that can drop different rare mounts with the same low chance will also spawn nearby — don’t forget to kill them too.
