Get Swift Frostwolf mount

Swift Frostwolf is an epic ground mount added in patch 6.0.3 of the Warlords of Draenor expansion. It is a white frostwolf without heavy armor — only the knee joints of its legs and the rear of its body under the saddle are protected. The mount is available exclusively to Horde players and is purchased from Beska Redtusk in Warspear for 5,000 gold and 5,000 Apexis Crystals at Exalted reputation with the Frostwolf Orcs faction.

To purchase the mount, you must meet two conditions: reach Exalted reputation with the Frostwolf Orcs faction and have 5,000 gold plus 5,000 Apexis Crystals.

1. Head to Frostfire Ridge in Draenor and start completing quests. The bulk of the reputation-gaining tasks are concentrated in this zone
2. Additional quests granting reputation with the Frostwolf Orcs are located in Talador, Shadowmoon Valley, and other Draenor locations
3. Raise your reputation from Neutral to Exalted (42,000 points total)
4. Accumulate 5,000 gold and 5,000 Apexis Crystals
5. Travel to Warspear in Ashran — the Horde capital in Draenor
6. Find Beska Redtusk and purchase the Swift Frostwolf
7. Use the item to learn the mount and add it to your collection

Beska Redtusk is the quartermaster of the Frostwolf Orcs faction. She is located in Warspear — the Horde city on the island of Ashran in Draenor.

How to reach Warspear

1. Use the portal to Ashran from your garrison in Draenor. The portal is located next to the town hall of a level-three garrison
2. Alternatively, use the portal from the Horde capital (Orgrimmar) to Ashran, if it is available in your version of the game
3. In Warspear, find Beska at coordinates 53.4, 61.8

To reach Exalted, you need to gain 42,000 reputation points. Grinding with this faction is easier than with many others — there are no daily quests here; reputation is gained through regular quests.

Main reputation sources

Quests on Frostfire Ridge — the main source. Complete all available tasks in this zone. Most quests reward between 250 and 500 reputation points.

Quests in other Draenor zones — individual tasks in Talador, Shadowmoon Valley, and the remaining locations also grant reputation with the Frostwolf Orcs.

How long it will take

At max level (90 in Midnight), Draenor quests are completed very quickly. The main limiting factor is the total number of available quests. By consistently completing all the tasks on Frostfire Ridge and in adjacent zones, grinding to Exalted takes anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days depending on your speed.

Apexis Crystals are the currency of Warlords of Draenor. To buy the mount you need 5,000 crystals. Main sources:

• Daily quests in the garrison — tasks at the command table reward Apexis Crystals
• World events in Draenor — group tasks in Draenor zones
• Rare enemies — killing rare mobs in Draenor yields crystals
• Treasure chests — scattered across all Draenor zones
• Garrison missions — followers can bring back crystals for completing missions

At a high character level, accumulating 5,000 crystals is no trouble — they can be earned in parallel with grinding reputation.
